In Part 2 of this special two-part conversation, Tracy continues her interview with Nick Shady, co-author of Who Will Get the Farm?—a practical guide to farm succession planning.

Nick and Tracy explore:
- Why farm succession is often one of the hardest—and most emotional—decisions farm families will ever face.
- The biggest obstacles that prevent smooth transitions, from unspoken expectations to communication breakdowns.
- How generational dynamics and lack of clarity can affect not only finances but also relationships and long-term legacies.
