Every farm family knows the importance of preparing for the next season. Yet many postpone preparing for the next generation.
The reality is simple: succession planning isn't a future problem—it's a current responsibility.

Before harvest arrives, commit to one meaningful action. Ask a question. Start a conversation. Share your hopes for the future of the farm. You don't need all the answers to begin—you simply need the courage to start.

If this episode challenged your thinking or inspired a conversation, share it with a family member, business partner, neighbour, or friend in agriculture. Together, we can help more farm families move from avoidance to action and build stronger transitions for generations to come.
