For the past 16 years, Derryn has focused on building financial freedom for farmers in Canada. His mission is to protect the Canadian farmer from risk and tax.
He worked in Tokyo and on Wall Street for five years each, structuring and trading credit derivatives, before shifting his expertise to farm continuity planning.
Born in South Africa, Derryn completed an undergraduate degree in mathematics, an honours degree in Australia and earned a Master of Science in mathematics from the London School of Economics.
He lives with his family on a market garden farm 1 hour north of Guelph. The farm markets vegetables directly to restaurants in the Greater Toronto Area.

Sarah Stamp, was raised in Calgary, Alberta, but always felt drawn to the close knit community and simplicity of small-town living. She pursued her passion for understanding people and physical well-being by earning a Bachelor of Arts and Science with a double major in Psychology and Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge.
After graduating, Sarah spent 5 years working as a youth minister, building strong relationships and supporting young people through meaningful mentorship. During that time she met her husband Greg, a second generation grain farmer, and together they planted roots in rural Alberta.
In 2005, Sarah and her husband, Greg, returned to his family's grain farm, ready to help rebuild the business alongside his parents. With a background in parish ministry and mental health, Sarah brought a unique and invaluable perspective to the operation - one rooted in empathy, communication and collaboration.
As the family farm grew to welcome back Greg's siblings and their spouses, Sarah continued to work alongside her in-laws. She took on a critical leadership role chairing family meetings, supported succession and governance planning, and worked to ensure that everyone had a voice at the table. Her lived experience as an in-law navigating the complexities of returning family members gives her rare insight into the challenges and opportunities of multi-generational farm life.
Sarah is an Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® Certified Practitioner, and Authorized Partner. She has completed the Family Business Consultant Training and is a member of the American Society of Agricultural Consultants (ASAC). She is also alumni of the The Executive Program for Agricultural Producers (TEPAP) program from Texas A&M University. In 2023, she and her husband Greg, were honoured as Alberta's Outstanding Young Farmers and were named Canada's Outstanding Young Farmers - a testament to their shared commitment to innovation, resilience, family and community values within the agricultural industry.
Sarah is deeply passionate about people. She believes that family farms are stronger together - but that strength depends on understanding where you come from, clarifying your values, and creating a shared vision for the future. With over 20 years of experience in agriculture and a heart for healthy relationships, Sarah now supports other farm families in navigating the complexities of business and family dynamics.
She's is an excellent listener, a compassionate presence in difficult conversations, and someone who has walked the path herself. Sarah brings grace, honesty, and a deep desire to help families preserve what matters most - the relationships that sustain the farm!
