Episode 219: Peak Energy Performance For Stressed Farmers w/Joe Roberts

In this week’s episode, Tracy speaks to Joe Roberts about “Peak Energy Performance.”

In 1989, Joe was homeless, living under a bridge. 12 years later, he was a celebrated CEO, and in 2017, he finished a
9000-kilometre charity walk across Canada.

Having mastered energy health through his own experience, Joe now helps individuals balance effort and energy to create high-performance results.

In this episode, Tracy and Joe speak about:
  • Joe shares more about how we become imbalanced and how we respond.
  • He shares more information about the energy continuum scale and the stress recovery wheel, two tools he uses with individuals who attend his workshops.
  • Tracy asks how farmers can manage stress, prevent burnout, and quickly bounce back to healthy levels.

Are you looking for ways to feel better?

Then this is the episode for you.

Joe truly has an inspiring story, and it was great having him back on the show to help farmers manage their stress and to achieve peak energy performance.

Thanks for tuning in.

I hope you enjoyed this episode as much as I did.

Tracy
