About Me
Scott brings a unique view to the Real Estate Salesperson. Having been in the Construction industry for over 20 years, specializing in Plumbing & HVAC and Custom Home Building, his knowledge on Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning is sure to benefit ALL his customers.
As well as being born and raised in Oakbank, Scott is the 5th generation of the Chabluk Family to call Springfield “home” – with that comes a great love and respect for his community! Scott is also right at home in East Winnipeg, possessing excellent knowledge of The Kildonans, Transcona, and St. Vital!
When not working, Scott spends his time with his wife Nicky and their 3 daughters, as well as being involved with the Selo Ukrainian Dancers, Coaching Volleyball at the High School level, singing with the Hoosli Ukrainian Men’s Choir and numerous other Boards & Committees.
