For years, John Deere has offered tools that help farmers maintain and repair their own equipment. It’s part of our longstanding commitment to self-repair and to giving farmers practical resources to perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and choose the repair path that works best for them. Launched a year ago in July 2025, John Deere Operations Center™ PRO Service is John Deere’s latest and most advanced capability.

Available through an annual license starting at just $195, PRO Service provides advanced repair capabilities including software reprogramming, calibrations, and interactive diagnostics, all designed to help keep equipment running when and where farmers need it most. And PRO Service is delivering results, with thousands of John Deere customers already using it including nearly a thousand active daily users.
