Do not drive in, it is a privately manicured snow trail in winter. Park at the Farm house as you turn off Poplar Dale Road. There is no cell service at the property. Hydro is at the first (and only) farm house on Tregonning, so technically it is about 100 m from the property. The bridge prior to the property is privately owned. Tregonning Road itself is what we consider a forced road that wasn't surveyed or registered on title, but has existed, and has been used by others to access their properties for quite a few years.
