Within a 5 min drive of the village of Cartwright.

The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. Mobile home showings will be available by appointment only.

Purchaser will be responsible for real property taxes commencing January 1, 2024.

The parcels are not subject to any rental agreements for 2024.

All offers are to be submitted in sealed envelopes accompanied by a certified cheque or bank draft payable to “Royal LePage Riverbend Realty in Trust” of $10,000. Cheques will be returned in respect to tenders that are not accepted.
