I (Lee) have over 45 years of experience in agriculture, Civil Engineering, and Construction as well as 30 years in the Health Profession. My diverse background and expertise ensure that you get quality assistance with the sale or purchase of your farm, acreage, home or commercial property.

As a full-service Swift Current real estate professional, I work with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types.

Farm & Ranchland -  Having spent a lifetime in agriculture,  Farm and Ranchland are my passion.  I spent several years in grain farming, cattle, sheep production and irrigated hayland.  I have assisted in all types of farmland sales and purchases from small holdings to over 100 quarters in a package.  I will seek out properties to fit my clients diverse needs whether its to expand the farming or ranching operation or increase the investment portfolio , no job too large or too small.

Acreage ,  Sales & Purchases -  We have lived on an acreage a few minutes out of Swift Current for many years, as a result I am very in touch with the lifestyle, the quirks and benefits of acreage/hobby farm life.  I can help immensely with both the listing/selling side and the purchase side of this type of property.

Residential Real Estate Sales and Purchases -  I can help both Buyer's and Seller's with all types of Residential transactions in Swift Current and surrounding towns and villages in south west Saskatchewan.
