About Me

Everyone has different needs, wants and tolerance to how much work they are comfortable taking on. I try to learn from my clients want is important to them and then work hard to find a home that suit them! I like to learn and grow & have taken several courses and certifications to make sure I stay up on what is happening in the industry.

I care about the results we achieve and I know that by continually learning I am helping my clients achieve their goals. I love the way we can use technology & social media to gain leverage in the rapidly changing market. We live in an amazing time and if we stay current, we can do a lot to market a home!

My past experience is primarily in construction. I worked in industrial and residential construction for many years and have renovated many homes. Not the kind of renovating where you hire a contractor and pick your colours – the kind where I spend hours learning to do a renovation and then days doing it. I have tackled everything from putting walls up to major plumbing and electrical jobs. Re-shingled roofs, waterproofed basements and pretty much everything in between. I’ve learned that you can do almost anything if you set your mind to it- that being said there are some jobs I hope to never have to do again (can you say grout?)
