She has seen many changes in agricultural real estate over those years, the obvious being solid increases in land values but even more exciting is the fact that there are more and more progressive farm operators, an encouraging interest in young farmers, a strong presence of investors both private and institutional and more and more women stepping out to be leaders in farm operations both big and small. Ontario has amazing farmland and her career in agricultural real estate has taken her to many parts of the province. Meeting with farm families, understanding their goals, zeroing in on best marketing strategies, structuring transactions on both large and small parcels of land while protecting her clients best interests, brings her the greatest satisfaction and keeps her excited about the future of farming.
