About Me

Jeff Brown began his real estate career in retail and office sales and leasing. This foundational experience has evolved into a specialization in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of investment properties, working with private investors, developers, institutional clients, large scale tenants, and owner-occupiers. His extensive expertise across various asset classes enables him to manage complex and multi-faceted real estate transactions with precision.

In 2022, Jeff received his Managing Broker designation and now oversees both the Kelowna and Kamloops offices, serving the rapidly growing BC Interior market. Additionally, Jeff brings significant experience in the acquisition and disposition of properties through insolvency, further enhancing his skill set.

Prior to commercial real estate, Jeff spent the previous 20 years as a restauranteur opening and operating a number of different very successful concepts in Vancouver and Calgary. He believes that people are the backbone to any successful business, and that communication and consistency are at the heart of developing strong client relationships.
