At John Deere Waterloo Works, we assemble tractors. Big, green, powerful ones. But every now and then, a customer visits with a powerful story of their own. Like the Ruzicka family.

The Ruzickas are farmers from Marble Rock, Iowa, where they plant corn and soybeans and raise hogs. Last year, their dad, Mike Ruzicka, had a serious accident. Suddenly, their 1,800-acre farm needed extra hands.
