Buyers shall have First Right of Refusal at fair market value, providing the Seller’s children are not interested in farming by age of 25, respectively. -The Sellers are willing to enter into a lease/management agreement on their remaining poultry farm (located next door), at terms and conditions mutually agreed by both parties. -The Sellers will provide shared access to power and backup generator -The farm has a Buyers contract with Eden Valley Poultry Inc.
