Alberta to introduce bills on farm safety, greenhouse gas emissions

EDMONTON - Alberta's politicians return to the legislature chamber Tuesday for a fall sitting expected to be dominated by a budget billed as a fundamental long-term reset of spending priorities.

"The spring sitting saw us pass a nearly unprecedented 13 bills but, in the immortal words of (rock musician) Randy Bachman, 'You Ain't See Nothin' Yet,'" government house leader Jason Nixon told reporters Monday.
