Steven is a results driven Realtor who is fully dedicated to his work and his clients. He believes that a Realtors® duties go beyond selling and buying.  It’s about connecting people and nourishing relationships. Steven takes an active approach to marketing properties and finding buyers for his clients.

I am born and raised on a beef, swine, dairy sheep and cash crop farm in Huron County and am still a partner in the family farming operation.  I graduated from the University of Guelph with a diploma and Agri-Business.  From there I was hired by one of Ontario’s largest livestock feed producers where I worked for 14 years.  After resigning my position as Ontario Operations Manager I returned home to farm full-time.  Over the last two years I have been working with investors interested in agriculture investments.  I bring with me contacts to a large investment pool.

The reason I have decided to enter into farm real estate was seeing too many retiring farmers working all their lives to build equity then sell their property for retirement at less than market value.
