2012-0507 - Fundamental Change - Bastion Resources/Pan American Fertilizer Corp.

TORONTO, May 14, 2012 /CNW/ - Pursuant to a fundamental change review, the common shares of Pan American Fertilizer Corp have been conditionally approved for listing. The shares of Bastion Resources Ltd. have been halted and will not resume trading. Following a share consolidation and the amalgamation of Bastion, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bastion and Acclaro Mining Company, the shares of Pan American Fertilizer Corp are expected to begin trading on or about Tuesday, May 22, 2012.
